All medicines shipped have a minimum of 6 months or more remaining before expiry.
Yes, Akidha delivers to over 29,000+ pincodes in India. You can check availability by entering your PIN on our website or app.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after doctor approval and reach you within the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.
Orders above ₹500 are delivered free. A small fee applies to smaller orders.
Go to My Orders → Track Order in the app or website. You’ll also get SMS/WhatsApp updates once the order is dispatched.
Address changes are allowed only before the doctor’s call is completed. Once confirmed, changes aren’t possible.

Yes. Every doctor and pharmacist on Akidha is licensed, verified, and registered with government medical councils.

Our doctor consultation is meant to ensure that every medicine you take is right for your health and free from unwanted side effects. This service is available only for confirmed orders.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes. We follow RBI guidelines and use encrypted, secure gateways.
Wait up to 2–4 business days for bank confirmation. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
Currently, COD and UPI are supported at delivery; card swipe machines may not be available everywhere.
You will receive a WhatsApp message or an SMS with the payment link when the order is ready to be dispatched.
We have a no-questions-asked return policy. You can request a return within 15 days of delivery for missing, damaged, or incorrect medicines. Used or opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and verify the returned product. Refunds, if any, will be processed to your original payment source.
Opened, partially used, or tampered items—and temperature-sensitive medicines—cannot be returned.

Akidha Coins are automatically applied at checkout — you can use them for up to 10% (max ₹100) off per order.
Yes, referral rewards expire 90 days after being credited to your wallet.
No. Referral rewards stay in your Akidha Wallet and can be used only for purchases on the Akidha App, Website, or via Call.
Akidha wallet has two parts Akidha Coins (10% redeemable, max. Rs. 100) and Akidha Cash (100% redeemable). It’s your in-app wallet that holds referral rewards, refunds, and promotional credits.
Wallet balance is auto-applied on your next order—up to 10% of the total cart value.
No, wallet balance can only be used for purchases on Akidha.
Referral coins never expire. Promotional credits usually expire within 90 days, as mentioned in the offer details.
Our drug license numbers and grievance officer details are published on our website as per government regulations.
We follow strict privacy and data-security laws. Your medical data is never sold or shared for marketing.
Yes. All substitutions follow CDSCO and telemedicine regulations and are approved by a qualified doctor.
